Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards; Downloadable software products; Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Also do not return items to us without prior approval and our return authorization number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Book with obvious signs of use; CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Complaints
If you have complaints or issues with our business and/or are concerned or have a query on the way we collect, hold, use your personal information, and you believe we may be in breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, please send written details of your complaint to the privacy officer, Noble Beauty, using the email address as listed on our Contact Us page.
Delivery
Delivery dates or timeframes listed my be an estimate. Delivery dates are supplied under the reservation that the Orderer meets their contractual duties or cooperation. Risk and title in any goods purchased passes to you (the customer) on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. All the “in our office” Beauty services do not attract a delivery charge. If you request multiple delivery dates for an order, we reserve the right to charge separate delivery charges for each delivery. When you purchase delivery for your goods, you agree to comply with the delivery requirements specified from the delivery agent used by Noble Beauty. Depending on the delivery process used with your goods, the person accepting delivery of the order may be required to provide photo identification in order to verify identity. Delivery will be made to the nominated address as listed during the goods ordering process. Goods will not be delivered to any location other than the address on the order confirmation. Delivery of goods to parts of Australia such as areas considered remote/isolated areas and island communities may have an extended delivery time and may be subject to additional and delayed local transport schedules. Depending on the location, goods may also have to be collected from the nominated delivery or freight company or location as is required, in which case you will be responsible for arranging cost for such final delivery (including any additional cost) with the freight company. If additional charges from a third party apply to your order, this will be the purchasers responsibility for such charges. In the event, that, nevertheless, agreed delivery dates are not observed for reasons for which we are responsible, the Orderer may withdraw from the contract after a period of grace of no less than 15 business days set by the Orderer has expired fruitlessly. Deliveries generally will only be carried out on business days.
Exchanges
We generally will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at the email address as listed on the Contact Us page {email address} and send your item to the address as will be listed in the return authorization number information we supply you.
Gifts Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Gift Cards
A NOBLE BEAUTY Gift Card-
Has a minimum expiry period of three years from the date of activation. The date of activation period commences from the date a gift card is sold by NOBLE BEAUTY to a consumer. Can only be used for full or part payment of goods and services from NOBLE BEAUTY. Can not be used to purchase other gift cards. Can not be reloaded, refunded or exchanged for money. Can not have any unused portion reallocated to another gift card or refunded for money. Can have any unused portion remaining from a transaction, purchase or service become the new gift card balance and this remaining balance can be used at a future date on another product or service purchase. Can not be replaced or refunded if damaged lost or stolen. Will cost the amount to the value of the gift card/s (IE $25 for a $25 Gift Card) and does not attract any additional account keeping fees or activation fees after purchase. We reserve the right to place a stop on a gift card if: we suspect that there is an error with the gift card: or we suspect that you have or will use your gift card contrary to our terms and conditions of use.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our email address as listed on our Contact Us page {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address as will be supplied with our approved return authorization number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We ask that users don’t: Insult, abuse, mistreat, intimidate, threaten, harass, troll or violate the legal rights (such as privacy & publicity) or others: Post personal attacks on staff team members or other customers: Use profanity, racial slurs or discriminatory language: Post or distribute defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, pornographic in nature, misleading or unlawful material or information: Upload files that contain software or information or images protected by intellectual property laws unless the user owns or controls the rights to this property, or has received necessary consents: Post information that contains personal information or passwords, or the personal detail of third parties such as phone numbers, mail or email addresses: Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or programs: Advertise other products or services not used, offered, supplied or sold by Noble Beauty, Facebook sites or other social media pages: Impersonates any other person, business or group: Publish private and confidential information from Noble Beauty or its staff.
Whilst we may at times grant approval to post comments, photos and posts, we reserve the right to remove any user content that is offensive, off topic or we consider to be inappropriate and we ask that all users respect the rules as set by Noble Beauty.
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in users content being removed and the user being banned from all our pages and sites.
